Fighting with this character: Absolutely! Stitch is up for any fight, be it physically or with Pokémon
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Scratches, bruises, accidents and most other injuries, sure. But if you want to break a bone or something please ask me first

Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: If you somehow can, then sure. Keep in mind that Stitch thinks faster than a super computer so your head might just implode due to the sheer amount and speed of Stitch's thoughts
