[Here's Stitch, standing proud before the gear which is being held my an as-of-yet anonymous cameramon, dutifully recording the whole thing for all of the world to see.]
Metal can't fly fast, but I fixed that.
[He steps aside and out of view to reveal Metal, his Skarmory, and the modification he has done to her - She has two large, wonky pieces of metalwork attached to her. When the view zoom it becomes clear that it's a pair of jet engines welded to her sides, right below her wings. They're thrown together by all kinds of metal scrap and other stuff, most of it things that are not used when building proper jet engines. Needless to say, it looks very uncomfortable, not to mention dangerous if he'd try to turn them on.]
[Despite that Skarmory faces aren't very expressive (being made of metal and all), Metal clearly looks more than a little distressed.]
[He proceeds to sit down on her, and they ascend to the air, the cameramon following their path. When they're 10-or-something feet above the ground, Stitch grabs the butt of both the engines and twist something that looks like an ignition. The motors roar and splutter and make a lot of noise, slowly starting to vibrate more and more and more...]
[Just when Stitch starts to look a little worried there's a loud BANG, an explosion of smoke and the feed cuts out.]

[Oh dear.
Cobra's speechless while he tries to process exactly what he just watched. Admittedly. he's tried to fuse vehicles with animals before, but not quite like that. Still, he has an important question.]
Since that clearly wasn't a success, are you going to try again?

[Equius may be over-estimating Pokemon's ability to withstand damage, but seriously, it's a giant bird made of steel. Can't be that easy to hurt.]
