I teached Skarmory, but it can't fly. Can't fly with Stitch.

Did you beat Falkner? He's the one you need to beat to actually use the HM.

I was recently that Skarmory is better for running than flying. That might be your problem there if you already satisfied the requirements to use the HM. You did beat Falker, right?

You need the Feather Badge to use Fly outside of battle. I take it you haven't beaten Falkner yet?
